Regenerative effects of Tai Chi

Unique benefits

This exercise differs from typical Western exercise. While sports, weight training, and cardiovascular routines are generally beneficial, they can also damage the body over time. 'Internal Arts' practices, such as Tai Chi and Qigong, when performed in a specific way, allow the body to move how it was designed to, with less impact, and significantly more energy being drawn in.

Instead of wearing you down, these movements, combined with intent and breathing technique, can help you focus, accumulate energy, promote healing and foster optimal functioning.
