About

Rob started training in '91, at the Tai Chi Chuan School of Westchester, in Bronxville NY, under Master Domingo Colon.  He had the opportunity to compete in a Taste of China Tai Chi Chuan tournament, held in White Plains, NY, doing Form and Push-Hands.  He later attended training seminars at the Master Jou, Tsung Hwa Tai Chi Farm and the Open Center of NY.

After acquiring a working knowledge of a variety of Tai Chi and Qigong related practices, Rob started teaching classes at The Tai Chi School of Westchester, then at various sites in NY and Northern NJ. Feedback

"...This is for anyone who lives, works, or is just passing through where he holds his classes.  Take a class or several classes.  Grab your buddy/bestie/BFF if you'd rather not try it alone.  You'll learn so much about yourself through Tai Chi and you will be A Better You."

"Rob taught Yang family style Tai Chi, teaching with integrity and great knowledge of the practice.  He helped his students master this form with his incredible ability to demonstrate and assist each student with mastering the stances.  He is a welcome addition to our center because he taught with humility and grace."
